How To: Add Custom Text to Confirmation Text

If you need to add details for a customer recieve when they book and select to receive a confirmation text follow the steps below:

  1. Go to System Setup> your Trip to add the text.
  2. On the left hand side, select Other.
  3. In the Custom Text field add details needed for the customer. An example would be the location of the trip, business hours, phone number, etc....
  4. Scroll to the bottom and select Save.
